An extensive deck and low maintenance yard for you to enjoy. Spacious kitchen with solid wood cabinets galore and a pantry. From the walk-in closet in the main bedroom to the built-ins in the office, this home has everything you need!

Tenants are responsible for all utilities and yard care (mowing, weeding & trimming). One small dog or cat is possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional non-refundable deposit and $100 per month in pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for long term, non-smoking tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and good credit.

Home is currently occupied. Feel free to drive by property, but please do not disturb current tenants. Home is available for rent beginning August 5th. Showings will be available by appointment only. If interested in touring the home, please fill out an application on-line at Zillow.

Renter pays for all utilities. First and last month's rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. Small pets considered on a case-by-case basis for an additional $500 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $100 a month for pet rent. Seeking long term tenants; minimum one year lease required. Renter is responsible for all yard maintenance (weeding, moving, trimming).

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
