Room is covered with new carpet, king size bed and entertainment center. Great location which is allow to commute between Norfolk, Hampton and Newport News. Near to the Langley Air Force Base, Fort Eustis, NAVY exchange. Walking distance to the beach, optional bus stop and walk trip to the park.

Minimum lease is 6-month up to 1-year with possibility to extend for longer term.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
Owner is expecting from tenant to keep kitchen in organized matter.
