- Unfurnished interior space. Personal gear storage inside utility room which is adjacent to apartment and accessed by your own door.
- Washer/drier in adjoining utility room
- Covered exterior storage for bikes/skis next to parking spaces.
- Large bedroom with own shower/toilet/sink-vanity/walk through closet.
- Large multi-use room with modern kitchen, small dining area and work space with separate toilet. Accessed by french door entry with shared covered porch area.
- Designated parking - two uncovered spots for one large and one smaller vehicle adjacent to unit. Electric charging available (added charge).
- Dog(s) is option and welcome with a required dog interview to gauge compatibility with existing household people and dogs, additional pet deposit required. sorry no cats.
- Utilities; water, electric, trash included. Propane included with option for prorating if there are harsh winter months requiring additional use.
- Household internet included. Ayva Networks ~100mbs-up/500mbs-down. AT&T does have OK cell phone coverage at house, Verizon has no cell coverage. Landline phone line is available but must be activated and billed to renter if wanted.
- Lots of other miscellaneous amenities.
- A separate heated arts studio space, 185sq ft/12'x16', is available at an additional rate. Designed for music, graphic arts or athletic space use.Ask for additional information.

    "This is a dog friendly neighborhood. Several neighbors have dogs that they walk which is fun to see. We don’t presently have dogs, but we always had one to two dogs with our three kids as they were growing up. Pets definitely are park of a neighborhood community. "

    "We have neighborhood concerts/block parties. Really great way to connect and hear live music. We also have Farm to Bus, which is a farmer's market on a bus. They have fresh eggs and bread, as well as locally grown honey. There's a park nearby which is a great place to exercise abd chat with other neighbors."

    "this area is close to campus so there are a lot of college students. that being said, there are also a lot of families as well (it's a mix) and I have found the neighborhood to be very kind and reasonable (i.e. no late and loud partying). everyone I've interacted with has been respectful."

    "I have lived in North Boulder for 30 years- Wonderland Hills and Dakota Ridge, it has always felt safe here. My children attended Boulder Public Schools, I give the schools an A+! We live a convenient short distance to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and shopping, ...friends hang out at our house and tell me I’m a great baker of Chocolate Chip Cookies! I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit! Keep your dog on leash and clean u"
