We have chosen not to replace the carpets or resod the grass, so our tenants can have their furry family members and to keep the costs minimal.

Pets are welcome! Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities (gas, water, electricity, cable/internet), lawn maintenance, and snow removal. The home includes a washer/dryer and a microwave. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Tenants must have renter's insurance. The lease term is one year. The rent is $2,050/month, and there is a $2,050 security deposit. Carpet and interior cleaning are required after departure.
