PUBLIC TRANSIT: Great access to public transportation: 4 blocks to Union Station (Metro, MARC, and Amtrak), 1.5 blocks to X2 and D6 bus stops, and a 5-block walk to catch the 90 buses on 8th Street.

FOOD: Less than a 3-block walk to Giant and Whole Foods (5 min or less), 10-15 minute walk to Union Market (Trader Joe's, La Cosecha, et al), 10 min walk to REI and Red Bear Brewery and 20 min walk to Eastern Market. And close to all the great bars and restaurants on H Street NE (Ethiopic, Cane, Stable, Granville Moores, Sticky Fingers Diner, Makketo, Daru, Big Board, Queen Vic, et al)

PETS: One small pet is welcome with a pet deposit ($500) and medium size dogs will be considered upon request. The apartment is a quick 5-minute walk from Swampoodle Dog Park and 10-minute walk to Stanton Park, and 15-20 min to Lincoln Park.

PARKING: Street parking is available and if you'd like an off-street spot we can check to see if anyone in the building is renting one out.

This was home to the owner for over 10 years and she would love a tenant looking to make this their long-term home as well.

Available to rent starting on October 15, 2023. Renting for $2,000 per month or $2200 with all utilities (except internet), plus deposit ($2000). Application with credit & background check is required to be considered.

Your monthly utilities will be electric, internet/cable. The water is paid for by the owner.

For an extra $200 a month, all utilities will be covered except for internet.
