Set in a friendly neighborhood where people keep to themselves, this nearly 30-year-old home strikes a perfect balance between character and efficiency, old enough to be solid, but not so old that you're stuck with high utility bills. Recent improvements include a new metal roof and new appliances, including a new outdoor outlet by the softener. A home gym can be optionally included. The landlord is attentive and checks in to ensure the property remains in good condition and has reliable electricity and water.
