A brand new central air-conditioning and heating system has just been installed.

A freshly renovated house with hardwood floors throughout and quartz counters in a beautiful kitchen with lots of counter space. The living and dining room has been opened up to make one large bonus room. A two minute walk to Mirabeau Park, this house is conveniently located near the Dumbarton Bridge and Highway 880.

The house has a new 2-car automatic garage door, a built-in microwave, a newly landscaped backyard with automatic sprinklers, and a master bathroom.

Please note, this house backs up to the railroad tracks. This fact should be taken into consideration before proceeding.

We have a walkthrough video hosted by YouTube that we can send you if you are interested in a video tour.

Owner pays for landscaping but the tenant is responsible for all utilities.

House does not come with a washing machine, or dryer. However, hookups for these appliances are in place.

House comes with a refrigerator. Ideally, we will coordinate on the type of refrigerator you want ahead of time.

No smoking is allowed.

All my leases are month to month. The previous tenant left as a result of a job relocation. I will consider a longer term lease if it is really desired, but almost everyone prefers the month to month arrangement.

Property can be made available sooner if desired.
