Off the living room find the primary bedroom with ceiling fan, airy windows, plush carpet, and ensuite bath with a standing shower, vanity sink, and the laundry area. The second adjoining bedroom has plush carpet and both a closet and built in storage for all your needs. The second full bath is located off the kitchen and has a tub/shower combo, vanity sink, and linen closet.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water, septic, trash pickup, and basic internet/cable included in the monthly rent. Heat source is electric furnace, no AC. This home is pet friendly so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
