Rental insurance is also a requirement for all homes. Good rental history, no recent evictions. Good work history and verifiable income.

By applying for eligible properties, Resident understands and agrees to auto-enrollment in the Tenant Benefit Package/Utility and Maintenance Reduction Program at a cost of $40.95 per month without demand, payable with rent as outlined in the lease agreement.
