Welcome to Carol's Cottage, a warm and comfortable retreat in Murray with beautiful Wasatch Mountain views right from the living room window. This central location makes it easy to reach shopping, dining, medical centers, downtown Salt Lake City, the airport, and nearby outdoor recreation. In the winter, the mountains turn snowy and scenic, giving the home an extra-cozy backdrop.

Carol's Cottage is a fully remodeled, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath rental with 2,050 square feet of fresh, comfortable living space. Utilities, high-speed internet, and access to a washer and dryer are included, making it easy to settle in without extra hassle.

Inside, the home has a clean modern-cottage feel with warm wood accents, soft neutral paint, updated flooring, recessed lighting, and mountain-inspired wall art. The living room feels cozy and welcoming with a large L-shaped couch, layered throw pillows, a rustic wood coffee table, a ceiling fan, and a large smart TV. The oversized front window is a standout feature, filling the room with natural light and framing beautiful mountain views through mature trees. In winter, the snow-covered peaks create a peaceful backdrop right from the couch.

The open living area includes a small dining table with seating for up to two people, making it a comfortable spot for coffee, meals, or laptop work. The kitchen has a polished, updated look with white upper cabinets, deep blue-gray lower cabinets, modern hardware, stainless steel appliances, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, farmhouse-style sink, tile backsplash, and a professional-style range with a large vent hood. It is fully stocked with utensils, appliances, cookware, and everyday kitchen essentials.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a smart TV, a ceiling fan, a dresser, a built-in closet, nightstands with lamps, and blackout coverings. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a double vanity. Bedrooms two and three each have queen beds and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single vanity.

Outside, the home has driveway parking for up to three cars, along with fully fenced front and back yards. With comfortable furnishings, updated finishes, included utilities, and scenic mountain views, Carol's Cottage is a welcoming place to settle in and feel at home.

The closest UTA stop is:
 Winchester St / 370 E (EB)
o About a 1 - minute walk from your house.
o Served by UTA Route 209. From there, you can connect to TRAX or another bus to reach a ski bus departure point. It is not a direct ski bus stop.
Best option for ski resorts (recommended)
If you're driving a few minutes first, I recommend:
 Murray Ski Lot Park & Ride
o Address: 6600 S & 950 E
o About 5-7 minutes by car from your home.
o This park-and-ride has historically been used for seasonal ski bus connections and is much more convenient than transferring from neighborhood routes.
For Alta & Snowbird
Another excellent option is:
 Historic Sandy Station (Bay A)
o About 15 minutes by car.
o This is the primary departure point for UTA Route 994, which serves Snowbird and Alta during ski season.
For Brighton & Solitude
The most popular starting point is:
 Midvale Fort Union Station
o It takes about 12 minutes by car.
o Seasonal ski buses depart from here to Brighton and Solitude.

It's fully furnished and ideal for up to 4 people, with comfortable shared spaces, private bedrooms, and an easy flow for relaxing, cooking, or working. There is a fully unfinished basement use for office space or extra storage.

Neighborhood overview
Carol's Cottage sits in a central location in the Murray, with quick access to everyday needs and local attractions. Intermountain Medical Center is just minutes away, while Fashion Place offers shopping and restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Red Rock Brewing, Shake Shack, and Brio Italian Grille. Downtown Salt Lake City, the airport, University of Utah, and Silicon Slopes are easy to reach, with ski resorts, hiking, biking, and mountain recreation about 20 minutes away.

We are primarily seeking a responsible long-term tenant for a 6 12+ month lease, with preference given to extended stays. The home is fully furnished and move-in ready, with a long-term rental rate of approximately $3,400 per month.

We may consider shorter stays depending on availability, but they will be offered at a higher monthly rate. A security deposit, signed lease agreement, and standard tenant screening are required.

We understand that relocation, medical assignments, insurance housing, and other circumstances can change, so we are happy to discuss lease terms that work well for both parties. Our goal is to find a respectful tenant who will truly enjoy calling Carol's Cottage home.
