Rental is ready for move in! Owner pays for water, trash, and sewer. Renter pays for electric, gas, and internet/cable (will set up their own Xcel energy account). NO SMOKING of any sorts allowed. One dog allowed (no cats or other animals). First month's rent due at signing as well as the security deposit and pet deposit. Approval dependent upon clearance of background check. No more than 4 tenants allowed. No loud parties, it is a quiet neighborhood with an HOA. Tenant is responsible for knowing and following the HOA rules.
