Student Housing for Winter Quarter/Semester. Looking for at least 3 students/ business Travelers to live in this fully furnished home. Short term is okay. I will update pics later. Will be ready for December 1st move-in! 3 BR/1 Bath duplex with off-street parking. Wifi, Central AC, High efficiency furnace. Kitchen has a cute breakfast nook. Will come fully furnished. Basement with washer/dryer. Landlord pays water and refuse, gas. Students will reimburse for the electric. No Section 8 and No Met Housing at this time. This unit is priced for 3 students/ 3 business travelers. Each additional is up for discussion. MUST be a student or business traveler! MUST have a cosigner if credit not established. First months rent plus matching deposit.
UNOH is approximately 10 minute drive away. OSU is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away. Close to hospitals. ALWAYS check the county auditors website for ownership before handing money over to someone.

    "Some ‘dog-walkers’ carry a ‘poop’ sack w/then when they walk their dogs in the neighborhood (which is great)! Other people let their dogs ‘poop’ in people’s yards & are too lazy to ‘clean up the mess!! Nobody likes ‘stepping’ in a pile of ‘dog poop’! Yuck!! 😆👎"

    "My husband & i have lived here 4 years. We've had very little problems. The house is great. Most of our neighbors are social. They have looked out for us since we've lived here. The only problems are: we have no stores that are really close for those who have to walk or ride a bus. Although, we do have a nice carry out on Vine St. & Saint Johns. Also, there's a gas station close on Saint Johns that's convienant. There are 3 close schools. I feel safe in letting my grand kid play in the yard. Our neighborhood is safe & friendly. We can have cook outs & lots of fun. We sit by the fire at night in the summer & listen to music. Won't you be my neighbor?"

We have appreciated the solid educational foundation the schools have given to our children, and the community itself seems to care about our children.
