The front porch has been enlarged with new center steps and rails making room for rocking chairs. The main floor has a living room-kitchen open area with cathedral ceilings. Lots of light with large casement windows letting in the sun and giving great views of the water. There is a full bath with an oversized tub connecting to a bedroom on the main level. The upstairs level has two bedrooms and one bath. The Master Bedroom upstairs has a walk-in closet and ceiling fan. The part of the neighborhood is very picturesque with million-dollar homes surrounding the house. The local schools are all excellent. Edgewater has lots of shopping with grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. Minutes away from the historical downtown area of Annapolis. Owner will take care of gardening. Tenant to cut grass only.

The tenant is responsible for electricity and water bill. 6 month lease. Will accept Zillow applications. Must have a 670 minimum credit score and documented evidence of 3x income.

    "Great neighborhood for families of all kinds and ages. People may have different backgrounds but we all look out for each other and each others kids. The access to nature and the mostly quiet nights full of stars are priceless. It is one lane and lane off the peninsula - prepare for the road to be blocked for hours at least a couple times a year due to trees or power lines being down - other than that occasional inconvenience - it’s a lovely place to live. Also - folks really seem to like their fireworks ALL YEAR ROUND!!!!"

    "We're right off of Mayo Road, close but not too close to Route 2. It's so easy to get to 97 & 50. Just drive to the top of the street, take a right onto Mayo, a right on 2 (aka Solomon's Island Road), cross the South River Bridge and you're there. Close to everything. The best of a nice quiet neighborhood and proximity to Annapolis, Baltimore and DC. ☮️"

    "4th of July at Beach 3 is epic! We walk down with chairs and a cooler and hang out all evening with our community. There are great little playgrounds spread throughout the beaches. Also piers and boat slips. A great variety of homes makes for interesting walks. The schools are excellent and Edgewater Elementary is to be completely renovated in 2018-19."
