I moved to Texas 5 years ago and bought a house in the Saddlecreek subdivision. The house is brand new and has a very nice clubhouse with pool, gym and walking trails. It is close to both highways 130 and 35. Close to cute downtown Georgetown, Sothwestern University, Wolf Ranch Shopping Center, etc. The house is three bedrooms two bathrooms. I have one room for rent with bathroom outside room. There is parking in front of home on street.
