About this House

Seeking a kind and communicative person for the master suite at my house, It has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, walk-in closet, its own exterior door to the backyard adjacent to the pool connecting to the front, basically your own unit.

The room includes custom furniture handmade in New Mexico and recently installed wood plank flooring.

The pool and yard are professionally maintained. The house has a full kitchen, washer / dryer, cox high speed internet, fire pit, fireplace, piano and pool. You'll share the house with one sweet old dog and two considerate guys. Utilities are shared and the security deposit is negotiable.

I'm the homeowner, a 40 something guy originally from Michigan, ASU grad; big fan of live music, hikes, yoga, camping, birding, biking, reading, pickleball, tennis, golf, tea and food from many cultures. My career is in non-profits and city planning. The other resident is also a 40 something guy, originally from Virginia, UVA chemistry grad, musician (mainly brass instruments) handyman and runs a restaurant, he has a 9 year old son that visits occasionally.

Discount for students, teachers, medical professionals and current/former military service members.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood with well maintained parks near Higley and the 60; there are several canal trails nearby, great for walks, runs and bike rides. We are also close to the Gilbert Riparian Preserve, Salt River, and Superstition Mountains; exceptional hiking and birding areas. Come join our peaceful home!
