Requirements for the property include a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent in net bring home income, no evictions in the past 7 years, and a minimum 575 credit score. If you're interest, apply thru Zillow and upload all the needed documentation. Once you have submitted your application, have met all the requirements of the property, and have been approved, then we will set up a time to view the property.
