Requirements for the property include a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent in net bring home income, no evictions in the past 7 years, and a minimum 575 credit score. If you're interest, apply thru Zillow and upload all the needed documentation. Once you have submitted your application, have met all the requirements of the property, and have been approved, then we will set up a time to view the property. Not many opportunities for fine dining but there are two locations within 3 miles that are lower than fine dining but not chain restaurants. "

    "Traffic is not good. The bypass construction sucks. I don’t work in Jackson but the commute in the mornings is rough if you hit rush hour. The bypass construction has caused a lot of different problems. Perhaps when they get it done it’ll be better. "
