Entry and kitchen tiling has been updated. Both bathrooms have updated tile surrounds on tubs. Carpeting is just 2 years old. New garage door. New furnace and air conditioner is 3 years old and well maintained. Home is in the process of having its front landscaping converted to drought resistant and low-maintenance but beautiful landscaping. Landlord lives close and is able to manage any possible issues quickly and easily.

Home can come with living room furniture upstairs and downstairs, or can come unfurnished. Pets are negotiable.

Owner pays for water and waste/recycling. Electricity, gas, and internet stays in owner's name, but renter will be billed for usage each month. Pets need to be approved in advance and must be housebroken before move-in. Extra deposit for quarterly carpet cleaning required for pets.
Rental history required for past 5 years. Background check and bankruptcy check required before contract signing.
