Application and background check required. First month rent and one month security due at signing. No pets.

Tenant's insurance is required, with minimum coverage of $100,000 per occurrence.

This is a smoke-free property, and no pets are permitted (except as required by law for service/assistance animals).

Two reserved parking spaces are included at no additional cost.

Tenants are responsible keeping the property clean and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Early termination before the end of the lease term requires 30 days' written notice, an early termination fee equal to one months' rent ($1300), and tenant remains responsible for rent payment until a qualified replacement tenant takes occupancy.

    "pros:peaceful beautiful country side, no one bothers you unless your calling for help, affordable, nice people as far as I know. cons: many car wreaks in area, commute to anywhere, back roads are not well maintained in winter. very few ify neighborhoods. I would recommend living here. "

    "This home fills a niche that few others do, priced in a range that's very hard to find in the Asheville area. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, lots of trees, good neighbors and a few cows and horses that add a lot to the "ruburb" (rural suburb) ambiance. The house and grounds are well maintained and easy to keep up. Very cozy...worry free and move-in ready. Perfect for anyone needing a bit more elbow room close to town. It's an easy drive, and Leicester has the least expensive gas in the county. With the county population expected to double in the next 15 years, Leicester will be a good place to invest in a less stressful future."
