Lower duplex apartment located in Spanishfork a prime area for easy access to I15, highway 6, shopping, restaurants, and VASA. But still a great quiet neighborhood. Big shared backyard, garden area, off street parking, washer and dryer hookups, food storage, and closet storage under the stair case, wood flooring throughout, and updated bathroom.

Rent is $1,350 a month plus utilities. The utilities are shared which make it cheaper for both sides. fiber internet is included in the utilities. Air is controlled through google nest for unit B. No smoking on the property, no parking trailers, off road car parking can fit up to two vehicles, it is a shared backyard so we have a no pet policy. There is a storage shed in the backyard available to rent for $60. Unit B is responsible for maintaining the backyard. A lawn mower is provided by owners for both units to use. Must make 2x the rent, and have a credit score of 600 or better.
