A full sized fireplace is in the living room and firewood is available on a cut as you need basis for your own use. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and stove. Washing machine and dryer is included in the home. Water supply and trash removal services are included in the rent. Trash is to be deposited by tenant at the designated dumpster point.
Convenience is the key, and we provide a roofed car porch for one vehicle. Additional open parking space is available for any extra vehicles you may have.
Please note that the property operates within the existing leases with the Oil company and hunting/fishing rights (holders). It is essential for potential tenant(s) to comply with these regulations. As a DRUG FREE property, we maintain a strict policy against improper behavior from tenants and their guests, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for all.
