Just a short walk to High Street and Clintonville's SoBo district, you'll have easy access to great local shops, restaurants, and bus routes to Ohio State, plus nearby bike paths. The apartment features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, laundry hookups in the shared basement (with extra storage), and includes one parking spot in a shared garage. Be sure to check out the backyard and deck in the photos, it's a great spot to relax! You will be amazed with the front sun room, when I lived there it was my favorite spot for coffee.
