The rooms for rent are share a full bath, $600 per month, all bills are split evenly. I raise chickens, if you would like to join for raising them, we can talk about it when we meet, also you can do gardening too, we have community well water, it is best water for drinking and all. Need someone responsible with a steady job and income, Plz text or call number posted in ad, I have a full time job, please leave me a message if I do not answer. No drama, no drugs, no smokers and no pets please. Deposit required. I have two big separate fridges for renters. background check required. Please clean up after yourself is a must!!
