Split A/C in bedroom and quality bedroom ceiling fan. W/D in unit. Top floor corner unit gets great light from both east and west facing windows. Peek-a-boo view of the Cascades from bedroom. Door opens to shared outdoor deck with area to sit in the sun. Limited number of pets will be considered with prior permission (see lease terms).
Tenant screening criteria is as follows (will provide full copy to all interested in applying): Must be available for lease signing and in-person walk through in person on August 1st. Minimum monthly income of $7700. Debt to income ratio not to exceed 20% of income. Recent (last 2 years) steady employment history or validated alternative source of ability to pay. Employment references and last 2 paystubs required. If self-employed, bank statements for last 3 months and signed tax returns for past 2 years required. Must have pattern of meeting past rental or mortgage obligations, leaving properties in good condition, and no pattern of complaints from neighbors, to be verified by references of previous 2 housing providers*. If lived in more than 2 places during past 24 months, past 24 months of housing references required. Prior evictions to be considered on case-by-case basis. (*Rental history exceptions made for the period within six months after the end of the civil emergency proclaimed by Mayor Durkan on March 3, 2020 unless that eviction history is due to actions by the tenant constituting an imminent threat to the health or safety of neighbors, the landlord, or the tenant's or landlord's household members).

Failure to meet any of the above criteria or submit the required documentation may result in denial of application. $550 deposit required to hold property after an offer of tenancy, which will be credited towards first month's rent. The remaining $1650 for first month's rent due prior to occupancy.
