ANIMAL POLICY & SCREENING - ALL APPLICANTS MUST DECLARE ANIMALS OR NOT WITHIN PET SCREENING

We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile. Please use the QR code provided. Even if you do not currently have an animal, it is essential to fill out the form.

Limitation: Only three animals on the property at any time.

Base One-Time Processing Pet Fee: $175
Base Monthly Pet Rent: $29

Basic Package: $14.50/month Includes resident rewards, identity theft protection, credit building, and move-in concierge services.

Don't Bug Me: $35/month ($33.50 in Missouri) On-demand pest control to keep unwanted insects and rodents at bay.

    "Tough on Pitbull breed. Few dog parks which are nice. Animal control people that I have been in contact with are very professional. My dog barks a lot and had a complaint. They were understanding and just asked me to handle it. If they pick up a loose dog they will make every attempt to try to get dog home rather than straight to pound. Scan chips, call tag #s, etc."
