This newly refurbished unit is set in a tropical garden filled with palm trees, Banana Palms and four tranquil fountains. Your apartment has a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster oven. The living room and kitchen are spacious and overlook this large tropical courtyard. There are six energy efficient washers and six dryers onsite. The apartment complex is extremely clean and tidy. The exterior is thoroughly cleaned daily by a dedicated cleaning person. The property is also landscaped weekly. This is a centrally located area and the property has long term tenants who are very respectful and professional. Your maintenance needs will be handled immediately. There is no deferred maintenance at this building.

Landlord will pay $100 electricity and gas per month. Internet, Wi-Fi and TV service provided by landlord. Landlord also pays for water, trash and sewer. Our building is pet friendly.

The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area. "
