No subleasing or unauthorized occupants are permitted without the landlord's written consent. A background check, credit screening, income verification, and rental history verification are required for all applicants.

The neighborhood is lacking grocery stores, restaurants, bars, or any kind of social evening nightlife really. The streets are relatively well kept in the sidewalks are as well. I feel very safe, but it’s nott necessarily a neighborhood where I would go out walking after 9 PM. Neighbors are friendly if you are proactive in speaking with them. It is about the least outgoing, bunch of neighbors I’ve ever had in terms of reaching out."
