Private room with large window, walk-in closet, ceiling, fan, and private balcony. Located on the second floor, the room is the largest in the house. It has carpeted floors and is large enough for two people to live in comfortably. Perfect for working professionals or college students.

Right now, the live-in-landlord (26-year-old female professional) is only accepting female tenants.

Tenants have access to all amenities/utilities in the house, including laundry, high-speed Internet, trash services, professional, cleaning services, professional, security system, storage space, off-street, parking, kitchen appliances, and household common toiletries provided by the live-in landlord.

There are two other smaller rooms and a bathroom located on the same floor. A second bathroom is located on the first floor.

Rent is month to month with no minimum or maximum stay requirements.

No smoking or drug use on the property.
If someone wants to move in with you, they have to help with the cost of utilities.
No large disruptive parties on the property without consent from landlord and other roommate.

Lease is month-to-month. Pets are negotiable. Preferably cats. Service animals always welcome. Any damage to property caused by renters pet must be covered by renter.
