Features all new appliances, including a washer and dryer. This home is also pet friendly and features plenty of space for your fur family, including a front & back yard. Driveway is perfect for multiple vehicles.

The lease term will be a year to start, then month to month afterwards. Landlord pays for lawn care and water. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities (electric, trash removal, cable, WiFi, etc). This is a non smoking home. Please note we accept a max of 2 pets within the rental and have breed restrictions set by the home owners insurance. In addition, the home can remain furnished or unfurnished upon move in date depending on tenant preference.
