You can watch birds by the river on the back deck or take your coffee in the en-suite balcony overlooking the beach in the morning. Spaciously lounge indoors, or head to the sandy backyard with a private hammock/swing. 1 block away from the beach, a 5-minute walk- door-to-boardwalk. Equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and versatile seating; it's perfect for solo guests or small families. Private balcony, back patio, outdoor swing, full living room, kitchen, dining room & breakfast nook. Includes garage, and 2-car driveway.

For corporate rentals: for companies interested in booking for employees - we allow a max of two separate individuals in the home and each person will have their own room with en-suite bathroom and a shared living space on the first floor. The monthly price inclusive of all utilities and fees is $150/night.

For insurance companies, we allow a max family size of five for this property. The monthly price inclusive of all utilities and fees is $150/night. The only add on is a one time pet fee and there is a max number of two pets in the property.

Tenants pay their own utilities (unless their tenancy is under 6 months). Utilities include, internet, water, electricity, and garbage. Owner provides free amenity benefits to tenants in the form of monthly professional pest sprays and access to a home security system with mobile app access for quick views/remote arming/disarming. There is no pet rent and up to three pets are allowed on the property. No more than five residents can occupy the space.

The total security deposit for this property is $1,700-$2,000 (depending on pets) - $1400 of which is refundable. If applying without pets, the non-refundable portion of the deposit is $300 (total security deposit $1700). If applying with pets, there is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300, making the total non-refundable portion of the deposit $600 (total security deposit $2,000)

Renters are required to show proof of income as well as provide one previous rental reference, and two professional references.

Lease terms are minimum 3 months up to 2 years.

This is a non-smoking property. A garage parking space as well as two driveway spots are provided.

Owner will be responsible for all maintenance at the home including landscaping. There is no lawn to maintain, and a hose is provided for any plant watering. Any additional damage to the property, above and beyond wear and tear, will be charged directly to the resident.
