We rewired the entire house with a new 200 amp service panel, removing the old furnace and installing a new heat pump. By converting the house to all electric the property will qualify for a special low electrical rate.
Nice large kitchen, really big open living area. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with access to the bath.
We turned the bath into the walk-in closet and then turned the utility room into a huge bath/laundry with a new 1 piece tub-shower and a tile floor, now the bath is probably one of the strongest points of this property. All new carpets and new vinyl in the kitchen. It has a front and back porch, both are enclosed. Stove, fridge, washer, dryer furnished.
The yard is kind of small for the size of the house. You can hire our lawn and snow service for $50 a month or do it yourself.
As of 5/28/26, the average monthly heat and electricity cost is $165.
There's a $ 750 Pet Deposit plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.
Our Renting Process:

4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
