This is my rental and it has a new tenant. My account says this rental is no longer on the market yet it continues to appear even saying "instant application" which I do not use. I have not been successful in getting Zillow manually take this down. Hopefully, this description edit will appear on the web. This appears to be a Zillow interior program bug

1790sf home: 1350sf 2bedroom 2bath, 340sf 1-car garage, 100sf workshop. Extra large living room with attached dining room then a family room by kitchen. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. Carpeted throughout with vinyl in kitchen and bathrooms. Appliances: stove/oven, Refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and laundry machines (will remove if you have your own). Fireplace in Family Room is an electric space heater. Home has central furnace. Locally owned and maintained for your improved benefit. No smokers, cats okay, credit scores above 650, and cashflow of double the monthly rent/tax. PLEASE visit the property, walk around it, and look into the windows. Applications only available on site with filled in ones slide under the garage door. I use Zillow application ONLY at the very end of the process and as the final screening since it costs 35$/adult on the lease. Text/email me to come fetch your paper application. There is NO payment asked for until AFTER we have toured the inside together.

Easy access to hwy. 101 and 9th St. Is essentially a continuation of hwy. 126 that connects to Rhody which is the street next to the Siuslaw River which flows into the Pacific ocean. Wildlife is occasionally seen in this area. great walking area."
