Rent: $3100/month, initial contract for 1 year lease. 1 month deposit due upon contract signing.
Payments may be made monthly or split and paid twice per month. Will need to fill out an application (provided upon request) with prior landlord contact information for reference.
Move-in date: Between June 13 and July 1st.
