Condo building with great neighbors and courtyard space for entertaining. Street parking is generally easy to find.

Rent is $1,650 per month. Up to 2 pets, cat or small dog ( 25lb) allowed subject to additional screening and additional $20 per month pet rent. No fish tanks, unfortunately. Heat/Gas and electric paid by tenant. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $500 (covers moving fees required by building), no security deposit. Must pay Zillow's credit/background check fee per person (appx $35), otherwise no application fee. Renter must obtain renter's insurance, including liability coverage and submit evidence. Evidence of income required. Available June 1 or later, potentially flexible depending on the situation.

No smoking allowed in unit/building. Outdoor smoking is fine. Street parking is generally easy. 12-month lease. Tenant pays gas and electric. Rent is $1,650 per month with a $500 one-time fees required by building. Pet rent of $20 per month if applicable.
