12-18 month minimum lease term. If moving in between 7/1 and 1/31, the lease term shall be 18 months. If moving in between 2/1 and 6/30, the lease term shall be 12 months. Lease must commence within 21 days of application approval. After approval, security deposit must be delivered to our office by noon on the next business day. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
