It feels like a ranch style home with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground level. Bonus space upstairs includes the theater room, office/crafting space, and giant playroom.

The master suite has 2 walk in closets and a deluxe bathroom with oversized tube, a dreamy shower, 6 foot double vanity, and separate toilet room. French doors provide separation or easy access to the nursery room. The nursery is surrounded by bright windows that ensure the Swarovski chandelier is always sparkling. Black out shades are installed so baby can sleep.

A large eating bar surrounds the endless granite that sparkles in the kitchen. Double wall ovens, counter depth fridge, and downdraft stove top complete this large, open design.

There are 2 other bathrooms with 6 ft double vanities, tiled showers and double doors that allow access from the bedrooms or living space.

Two pantries provide excellent storage for a large family. The laundry room has additional cabinets and countertop. There is unheated, attic space with easy access and an entire crawl space that provide endless storage options.

The garage is just as fantastic as the rest of the house. Showroom quality flooring, built in coat cubbies, extra cabinets and work bench space. The mechanical room has a locking door and racks to serve as a gun safe. The backyard is fenced and has access with a man door, dog door, and additional garage door that opens into the back.

Location is one of the best in the valley. It is off fairview loop, approximately 2 miles from walmart on a private, quiet culdesac. Private airstrip across the street. The lot is over 2 acres. Large grass lawn, greenhouse, paved driveway, and additional storage shed surround the house.

Bussing to Machetanz elementary, colony and teeland middle schools, and tech and colony high schools. Easy access to the Highway without a single stoplight to get to Anchorage. Travel time is about 40 minutes in the summer.

We love this house and are looking for the perfect renter since you will also be our neighbor.

$4,500/month plus gas and electric. $2,500 security deposit. Pet on approval with additional deposit.

    "It’s super far away from everything. We are way out in the boondocks. Not a great place for a commuter, but still a lovely place to live. Settlers Bay is a beautiful high-end neighborhood but KGB is a very dangerous road. The state plans on putting more funding into making the road safer, so in the future it won’t be so bad. "
