About the Property:
This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath split level house that was converted to a duplex. My family of three and our dog live upstairs. The lower level is the rental. It is a completely separate space with its own front and back door entrances, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large living room and full kitchen with granite counter tops. All newly renovated in 2020. The back yard is a shared space and is where the shed, which comes with the rental, is located.

The neighborhood is quiet with a mix of young families and retired couples. It is just a mile walk to Kiwanis Park on the Spokane River. The park has walking trails, a beach and swim area. Conveniently located in county land just 7 miles to downtown Coeur D Alene and 4 Miles to downtown Post Falls.

About Us:
We are a professional couple in our 30s. My husband owns a small business in Coeur D Alene and I am an engineer who works from home. We have large size mixed breed dog who is friendly and one toddler. When we are not busy working, we enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, boating, camping, pretty much anything outdoors.

The lease is 6 months with an option of month to month there after.

Utilities are a flat $125 a month and include everything: Internet, Water, Sewer, Garbage, recycling and Electric. No More Surprise Bills
