This apartment features a large, long open living room and kitchen (vintage, refinished metal cabinetry) stall shower bathroom, two large bedrooms with built-in closets, high ceilings and large windows, making the apartment bright and airy.

The Lincoln Building is also the home to Bueno Y Sano, Lime Red and Honey Crisp Chicken, all located on the first floor.

Located in the center of Amherst! This apartment has all the conveniences of a city while be located in a beautiful country setting.

The Lincoln Building is a historic building located in the center of town near parks, restaurants, shopping, night clubs, Amherst cinema, bike paths, PVTA bus routes and four colleges and one University. There are twelve apartments on the second and third floor, all of which have been recently renovated. There are hardwood floors throughout, a common laundry and high ceilings. Each unit is separately metered for its own gas heat/hot water, electricity and comcast cable. If you live in the Lincoln Building, you may purchase an intown street parking permit for a fee of $25/year, purchase a yearly 24 hour space in the Boltwood Parking garage for $1,000/year, or purchase a parking permit in a yellow lot from UMASS. The proximity to the bus routes, retail establishments and schools, make this an ideal location for living in Amherst.

Great for 2-3 people. Remodeled 2 bedroom with built-in closets, high ceilings, large living room and a tile bathroom. Utilities are in addition to the rent. The average electric and gas(heat and hot water) are $32/person/month based on the 2019 utility numbers and a 3 person occupancy.

    "A quiet, private location great for kids and pets, and parents who want their kids to go out and play. Abuts (9th?) fairway and hole of Hickory Ridge CC (XC skiing out your back door). Look for wild chives, turtles, muskrats and garter snakes along banks of Plum Brook, which winds through north section of property. Most of soil on property has high clay content. Originally had (perhaps still has?) a working fireplace in the half-cellar (an underground spring precluded a full cellar). Lots of space in attic. Hallway in the bedroom 'wing' was long and wide - perfect for games like Mother-May-I, RedLight/ GreenLight, and Walk the Walls. Short walk to Mission Cantina, Moan & Dove, PVTA stop, gym, and Pre-through-6 schools. A snowplow, chainsaw and ride-on lawnmower are highly recommended. "
