Through the kitchen, you will find the dedicated laundry area that includes a washer and dryer that is to stay with the property. This room includes a door that leads you to the fully fenced backyard. Back to the middle of the home through the hallway, you will find two carpeted bedrooms with an adjacent full bathroom for added convenience. Outside, enjoy your grassy yard and detached garage.

*Tenant is responsible for getting NV Energy into their name. A flat fee of $70 per month for gas will be billed on top of rent and a flat fee of $100.14 for water/sewer will be billed on top of rent. Owner pays for trash and lawn care.
*Pets welcomed with a $500 pet deposit per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet.
*Everyone over the age of 18 residing at the property must submit an application and sign the lease. We require applications to be submitted before viewing the property to verify income.
*Property details: Thermostat is shared with bottom unit and must stay between 70-72 Fahrenheit. Tenants are welcome to buy additional heaters/AC's if needed. Owner provides full lawn service. The backyard, carport, and garage are for the top unit's use only. Washer/dryer included.

Many events for such as fairs and festivals including rodeo and horse racing. Lots of outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing to keep the sportsman’s interest while walking trails and canyon hikes can be enjoyed by the entire family. "

    "Elko is a booming mining/aging cattle town. Like any small town with a booming industry it's doing well and has a good housing market. Elko doesn't get most of what you are seeing on tv it's still quiet at night but being Nevada it has a nightlife that mainly stays downtown . Elko is like any other big money small town it has it's crime but it's mostly what you might read about in the paper afterwards. All in all its nice little town of you're into mining and enjoy high desert living. "
