$50/mo. pet fee for giant dog breeds (adults typically over 90 lbs.) Examples include St. Bernard, Newfoundland, Great Dane, Irish Wolfhound and the Giant Mastiff.

All puppies of any size are $50/mo until age 1.5 years.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
