You will find an additional coat closet just off of the kitchen. There is a front porch under roof with swing that is perfect for quiet evenings at home. The basement is concrete and has a new washer and dryer. This unit has a new heat pump/central air unit. Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
