Basic garbage and recycling services included in monthly rent; all other utilities will be responsibility of resident. Unit to be available for move-in September 6, 2023.

Small dogs are okay with additional $500 pet deposit. No cats. Please do not disturb current residents. Application fee of $35.00 per person over the age of 18 will include criminal background check, credit report and eviction report.

    "This is a very quiet, peaceful, low traffic neighborhood. Easy to go for morning stroll or bike around. Small children's play area. Good mix of young families and older neighbors. No walkable shops or restaurants and public transportation is a little bit of a challenge to access. Great place to walk pets but no walkable dog parks."
