No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco, cannabis, or similar products permitted inside the dwelling, basement, shared common areas, or anywhere on the property
Small pets considered on a case-by-case basis with prior landlord approval. Approved pets are subject to a $30 monthly pet fee per pet.
Tenant responsible for snow removal.
Optional: Tenant may receive a $50 monthly rent credit (May through October) by assuming responsibility for mowing and maintaining the lawn. This arrangement is subject to landlord approval and may be discontinued if lawn maintenance is not performed to an acceptable standard.
Tenant(s) are expected to maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition and respectfully use all shared spaces, including the basement, fenced backyard, patio, storage areas, and walkways.
Quiet enjoyment of all residents is expected. Excessive noise, disturbances, or nuisance behavior may constitute a lease violation.
Income, credit, criminal background, rental history, and employment verification required.
Renters insurance required throughout the lease term, with proof of coverage provided prior to move-in and upon each renewal.
