Rent includes water and solar panels. Tenant to pay for all other utilities including; trash, electricity, gas etc. No smoking permitted. Deposit is $2,400. Small dog allowed but must pay pet rent of $30 a month And tenant must get tenant insurance for pet. And tenant must pick up after dog.

Parking in driveway for 1 car. No garage available. But street parking permitted with street cleaning restrictions some days.
Rental application must be filled out completely and a non-refundable fee of $29 plus tax for credit check per person will be charged to check credit history (paid to a 3rd party site not owner) and NO evictions or judgments. Section 8 accepted, must still go through qualification application process.

    "Dog owners would like a much bigger dog to protect themselves. Dog owners should be cautious of wild life During the summer. Area gets really hot and is not ideal for long noon walks. Do not leave your small dogs out in an open area unattended."
