Located just off of Highway 53, this building is home to 2-bedroom apartments. The units feature large living spaces, spacious kitchens with plenty of counter space, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Tenants also receive a garage space with the unit, and there is plenty of off-street parking as well.

Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1250 as well as the electric and water utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
