Includes a new high efficiency heating cooling system all kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Privately owned and managed with no management company. Small pets could be considered.

There is a nominal application fee, basic credit check and background will be done. Rent is $2,000 where we offer Move In special with first month's rent $950 and $2,100 in deposits for a total $3,050 due at move in. The tenant will need to get a City of Phoenix water account, an SRP and a Southwest Gas account to cover utilities.

The most important factor considered is income, but we also look at felonies and evictions. If these come up in your background, you will not necessarily be declined. However, you may be required to pay additional deposits or amounts.
