Great location. Central to university , downtown and Whiteaker.

The location is great! Just off 12th and Lawrence (near Berg's ski shop, Cafe Soriah). House is in alley, and is very quiet. There are 4 studio apts. in the building and another apt. in basement. Building is secure with keyed entryway to main entry. Parking in back and bike rack in front. 13th street goes straight down to U/O campus.

Studio has large windows, with lots of light . Wood floor.

Apt. is on 2nd floor, Staircase divides space between units. Private bathroom with shower. Room size is quite small, but is very 'livable'.
