En inglésOur fully furnished home offers the perfect place for the luxury lake experience. In the tranquility of our lake front house, you will enjoy the entire house and private dock. Experience a beautiful sunset in front of Ashley Lake with your family while gathering around the fireplace to roast marshmallows.
The space
Christy's Cottage is a beautiful custom log home built by the Amish. The house consists of a fully functioning kitchen, two living rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, loft area, laundry room, and game room. Outside, enjoy our grill and the firepit right in front of the lake.
The kitchen is equipped with one electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, blender, toaster, and electric griddle. The tap water is drinkable as it comes from a well. The exit from the kitchen takes you directly to the grill area. The grill can be used with coal or propane.
The main living room offers comfortable recliner couches facing the wonderful Ashley Lake. This room connects with the kitchen, master room, and stairs. It also provides an exit to the deck, where the grill is located. In the downstairs living room, you will find a couch, blankets, TV and DVD player, the perfect spot for family movie night!
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, lamp, and dresser. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises a few steps away from your bed, since the master room has access to the deck, and to its own bathroom. The two rooms downstairs each have a queen-sized bed, lamps, one dresser, and closet. All rooms have a laundry basket. If you are planning for a long stay, we will leave an extra set of sheets.
A sliding door separates the master bedroom from its own bathroom, which has a shower and a small closet. The downstairs bathroom has both a shower and a tub. It connects to the laundry room.
In the loft area you will find a couch with a majestic view of the lake. Here, you will also find a bunk bed and a futon.
The laundry room includes a washing machine and a dryer, both functional and ready to use. Here you will also find the fire extinguisher.
We have a game room for you and your children's enjoyment! Available for your use will be board games for all ages, a foosball table, and an TMNT arcade machine.
Both TVs are connected to Dish, and the DVD player upstairs has streaming capabilities. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house, for which you will find the password in the kitchen. Around the house you will also find landline phones.
Outside, you can enjoy memorable moments around our fireplace.
All utilities are included in this well stocked, furnished home. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Tenant must maintain snow removal in accordance with lease; however, we do offer other rental packages that do include professional snow removal services. You will be required to undergo tenant screening and sign a month-to-month lease upon move in. The house is available from Nov-May.
Options for Renting:
1) Basic Package:
-The pricing that we have listed is the basic monthly price option which includes utilities and furniture. Security deposit is $5,000
2) Mid-Package:
-Includes everything from option 1, plus bi-weekly housekeeping. If you choose this option, we will provide the ice melt for you to use on the steps, decks, and walkways as well as propane for the grill. These will be restocked bi-weekly when housekeeping comes. This will be a month-to-month lease at $6,000/Month. Security Deposit is $4,000.
3) Premium Package:
-Includes everything above plus everything we include for our short-term guest. This packages also includes weekly housekeeping and restocking of the included amenities and professional snow plowing and removal services. Sanding and Salting of the driveways also included. Every week when housekeeping comes to freshen up the place, they will also restock the wide variety of amenities we provide with this package. These amenities include, but are not limited to laundry detergent, fabric softener, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, basic spices, coffee, sugar, creamer, cooking oil, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Housekeeping will replace old towels and linens with fresh new ones. This will be a month-to-month rental agreement at $8,000/Month. The security deposit is $3,000.

-Application fee for background check, rental history, credit check, and reference check.
-Security Deposit equal to one month's rent, unless otherwise stated (refundable)
-Credit Card fee of 3% if paying by credit card.

*Note on housekeeping*
I highly recommend choosing an option with housekeeping. It has proven to be beneficial to both the tenant and owner as this helps keep the house in great condition. This in return increases the chances of the security deposit being returned in full tremendously. If you do not want one of the higher tier options, but you do want housekeeping, just ask and we can get with the housekeeping team to work something out for you.
