Monthly is $4900 which includes rent and all house bills (electricity, gas, water, trash service, and high-speed internet). This is less the the rent only in similar home rental in such desirable neighborhoods

The house is conveniently located in downtown Ojai, within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The monthly rent is $4,650, plus a $350 monthly utility fee that covers electricity, gas, water, trash service, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet.
We hope you enjoy a comfortable and peaceful living environment, so smoking is not permitted, and we ask all tenants to be mindful of noise levels out of consideration for neighbors.
