Large 4 Bed, 2 Bath home has a huge living room with a formal dining room, built in hutch, spacious kitchen with lots of cabinets, a pantry, an indoor laundry room, a walk-in closet in primary bedroom, tile showers in both bathrooms, high ceilings, and it also has a basement. Garage and apartment above the garage are not included in renting the house.

1 year lease required. Property will not be ready to rent until 1st or 2nd week in September. We are accepting applications in order to pre-qualify potential renters. Tenant pays for gas and electric, and water, and tenant is responsible for maintaining yard. Renting the house does not include garage or apartment above garage. Please do not disturb tenants. Pets are allowed with pet deposit of $150.00 per animal, and tenant must maintain renter's insurance with pet liability.
