- Maintain smoke detectors and replace batteries as required by Texas law.
- Dispose of trash properly and maintain interior spaces free of hazards.
- Not disable or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, or safety devices.
- Maintain the yard and exterior areas in full compliance with City of Euless Code Compliance Standards.

$100 each for pets 51 lbs. and above
$75 each for pets under 50 lbs.
